Who can benefit from Reiki? Reiki is suitable for anyone, human or animals, healthy or sick.
Who can learn Reiki? Anyone, the students I have taught range in ages from 9 to 83 years. Sometimes it's appropriate to adapt the teaching format to suit the individual student.
What conditions can Reiki help with? We never make claims or promises about what Reiki can do, there is huge potential for healing within each individual and there is the difference between curing and healing. Lets just say that Reiki may help with any or all of the following:- stress management, physical support, emotional support, as an aid to personal growth and can be used in many ways in daily life.
After the training workshop, what do I need to do? As I will explain during the workshop the answer is - practice, practice and more practice - on yourself that is. The workshop teaches you the skills and opens you as a channel to the healing energy, regular self-treatment strengthens that channel. But like any new skill it needs regular practice and there are no short cuts with Reiki if you want results.
If I can't manage the workshop dates can I still learn with Sue? Yes, I may well have some dates coming together for a workshop but don't advertise as I have enough people waiting for places.
I have learnt Reiki previously with another Master but want to continue with Sue, can I do this? Yes talk to me about this and we can work out what is best for you, as well as honoring all concerned. If you have already been attuned to a particular level of Reiki and wish to attend a workshop as a review student, this can be arranged at a reduced fee.
I have already been attuned to Reiki but feel there are some things I still don’t understand, can Sue help me? Yes just pick up the phone. I offer ongoing support to all of my students but am happy to assist any student of Reiki gain a deeper understanding where needed, most queries can be sorted out over a cup of tea.
Is Reiki a cult or a religion? No.
I want to book on a workshop what do I do now? Call or email me and I will send you a booking form and you can return it to me with a deposit. I feel it’s quite important you make some personal contact with me prior to the workshop, I want to know are making a conscious choice about this and that I am the right teacher for you.
How many people are booked onto a workshop? I run small workshops, usually a maximum of 4 or 5 students and I often have one of my Mastership students assisting me by being the demonstration ‘body’ and making the drinks etc. I feel it's important that everyone gets my personal attention. If 1 to 1 training is preferred, this can be arranged at mutually convenient times, usually during the week.
